  What a great store and awesome service to boot. Friendly and professional as well as fast service. The selections of flowers and terrariums plus the floral arrangements are fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back to Innaloo Florist. You guys are the best.

  Aside from lying to their customers I also have to admit the flowers look a bit sad and don't smell good either.

  Valentines day 2017. My beautiful partner arranged for flowers to be delivered to my place of employment. He was told the flowers would arrive between 9am-12pm; this was not the case! The flowers arrived at 4.04pm, I know the exact time because I finish at 4pm and had left for the day when a colleague called, to tell me flowers had just arrived. I spoke to my partner who told me the lady on the phone had blatantly lied to him when he called at 3.30pm to check (because he hadn't received a thank you call from me) and she said the flowers had been delivered already.

  I had the most amazing bouquet of two dozen roses delivered for my anniversary. Contrary to most bunches of roses, these lasted well over two weeks. I was so impressed - beautiful! I will always buy flowers from Innaloo Florist in future.
